Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We don’t ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Time
Standard US delivery usually takes 4–8 business days depending on your location and carrier transit times.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately. We aren't responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, you must file a claim with the carrier. We assist where possible, but we don’t refund orders marked as “delivered”.

Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
